Can the ends of tent be completely closed off?
Just my opinion, but it is tough to set up and use in the wind. Definitely practice setting it up before you actually need to use it. It does work well as an emergency bivy.
The bag might be better if opening is at wide side. Then the bag that holds it could also be used as a beenie to help stave off the elements.
